Hi Bob. Click onto Full Size maybe that will help you and your mother. If not I'll ask Margie to redo them.

I love how Sheila made this easier to add & edit photos. So, I just posted a few new pics of my mom's friends. I hope your mom is either in them or knows who is & where they were taken.

Hope they make her smile!

Bob, thanks for sharing all those wonderful pics and the info from your mom, too! Also, for saying who's in your profile pic. Maybe you will let Sheila include that in your link so I can see it better. :o)

Hope you will share more! Can't wait to see if your mom shares more wonderful memories for us to enjoy.

Bob, Sue, Dolly & Dot,

Hi, I'm excited that you might share some pics with this site! Can't wait to see them!

I guess the connection w/my mom & your's was Rockaway St, since my mom & her family lived on Yetman Ave. Must have been long time neighbors.

My mom's older sis-Mary had relatives that lived on Rockaway, too. Could it be your family? I wrote their names down but would have to go find it. I'll have to tell Aunt Mary's daughter-Carol about your comments! She's married to Tom Mammana. Bet your mom knew his dad-Tom!

My Aunt Dot came to mind-first when I read your comment. I'm sure your mom knew her, too. My mom's older sis-Doris? Aunt Dot's older son-Norm told me about this site. I can't wait to share w/him, too! He first told me about . That's a great site, too! They printed a few of my letters & pics in their newsletter-"The Cart". (That was fun!).
They required $10 per yr membership so, I prefer Sheila's site for free. :o) Linda-at that other site is fantastic & helped me & a few others with a bunch of info!!! Because of Linda-Jane Shaaff Cole called me & shared some fun stories. Jane's still living in her mid 80s (last I heard). Perhaps your mom knows of her, too?

I have a few other pics I thought to post to find out who's in them, too. One's of my mom & a girl named Jeanette Lowe (spell?) (younger than my mom). My mom was about age 15 in it. I'd love to know who she is & who's home they're at. (just curious is all). Please ask your mom if she knows her, ok?

Maybe I'll get to share with her the other pics & she will know. Hey, she may even be in the pics. :o) It is a Small World after all!

I'm curious as to who's in your profile pic & where? It's too small to make out, unfortunately.
Is it at Tot Beach? Is Bob, Sue or Dolly in it? That would be great to place a face on the names. :o)

My profile pic's silly of My husband-Ed & I at Disney 2008-trying on Mickey/Minnie's Ears. Ed's got a pirate's hat on incase you can't tell. He should have a "Goofy" one on cause he's more like Goofy & lots of fun!

My big sis will love to see the Old Store on Yetman Ave & read the comments. She was trying to show me just where it was & what it was called! I recall a store but don't think that's it. I think it was up town more...

One last thing-please give your mom a "GREAT BIG LONG HUG" & tell her it's from her big sis-"Etta" (my mom & from me, too!). My mom would have loved to do that-I know!

Can't wait to hear & see more!
