This is Miss Ford she was my neighbor on yetman ave. She was a 3rd grandmother to me and my brothers. She came to our house on Christmas Eve and truly was like part of our family. She taught us piano lessons for 1 dollar per week. Miss Ford was a great seamstress also - she made me several outfits and I still remember every detail of my snow white costume for a play at ps 1

This is Agnes (Aggie) Ford. She lived on Yetman Avenue in a big red house across from 170 Yetman (my childhood home), She taught piano lessons, played organ at the church, and taught music at OLL. A terrific, feisty, short woman whom I loved.

Miss Ford played organ for Our Lady Help of Christians in at least the 50's and 60's may have been even longer

Isn't this Mrs. Ford, the church organist? I think it is. she was the church organist for as long as I was a member at the parish. She played for my wedding.

P.S.- i can't remember her first name. I just always knew her as Mrs. Ford.
