The Tottenville Free Library
Opened on February 6th, 1899 was a two room clapboard house located at 137 Johnson Avenue. When the library first opened they had 344 books. Today the address of this house is 204-206 Johnson Avenue. -------------------------- Librarian - Mrs. Leonora C. McCormack Library hours - 2 to 5 and 7 to 9, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays

Tommy White is my cousin. I would visit Tommy's grandmother with Tommy's brother Larry(we are the same age) in the late 60's & early 70's.

My friend Tommy White Grandmother lived in that houses upstairs back in the 50s
